As Marketing Programs Manager, you will be responsible for developing,
managing, and measuring DataDirect's outbound marketing programs. This
position requires solid program management skills and experience
implementing and using standard sales and marketing tools for high-tech
businesses. You will work on both existing projects and help to develop
new ideas based on your industry experience. You must be able to work
with product marketing, outside sales, inside sales and OEM customer
personnel to develop high-impact programs that will reach the
appropriate target market and enable DataDirect to begin the sales
process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specify and implement all marketing IT tools, including but not
limited to website, sales force automation, quoting and configuration,
and demand generation.
- With direction from product marketing, product management, and sales, develop high-impact outbound marketing campaigns.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing programs.
- Develop the lead routing and follow-up process and metrics.
- Design and implement a series of multi-touch ongoing marketing programs across horizontal and vertical markets.
Education and Skills Requirements:
- Working knowledge in storage technology - RAID, file systems, SAN, NAS preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing program management experience.
- Experience implementing and effectively using on-demand tools such as salesforce.com and Eloqua
- Undergraduate degree. MBA highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success defining and executing successful marketing campaigns, with at least one documented example.
