Marc Stern
Mr. Stern is the Chairman of Société Générale's Global Investment
Management and Services (GIMS) North America unit and a director of TCW
Funds, Inc. Prior to GIMS, Mr. Stern served as president and a
director of The TCW Group Inc. and president and a director of
SunAmerica, Inc, as well as senior level management roles at Henley
Group, Inc., and Allied-Signal, Inc. Mr. Stern received a B.A. from
Dickinson College, an M.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School
of Public Law and Government, and a J.D. from the Columbia University
School of Law.
Roger Biscay
Mr Biscay is currently a
Vice President in Finance at Cisco Systems, where he has worked since 1999. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr Biscay held senior
trading and sales positions in the areas of fixed income, foreign exchange and
equity capital markets with major global financial institutions, including
Lehman Brothers, Paribas Capital Markets and Royal Bank of Canada. Roger holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from
the University of
San Francisco.
