DataDirect Networks Support Plans 

As a leading provider of storage infrastructure technology, DataDirect Networks understands the importance of keeping mission-critical data accessible around the clock 24x7x365.  We offer support plans for every budget that make sense and provide the flexibility our customers need.

Free Standard Warranty

DataDirect Networks provides a one-year limited warranty on hardware products and 90 days on software products.  During the warranty period, customers receive unlimited telephone technical support, RMA cross-ships (advance replacements) during the first 30 days, and RMA repair services.  Telephone support hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST) Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Add-On Support Plans

In addition to the standard warranty, DataDirect Networks offers two add-on support plans to provide additional support services including cross-ship replacement parts and on-site service.  These plans can be used to provide additional coverage beyond the standard in-warranty terms, as well as to extend coverage once the factory warranty expires...
