Free Standard Warranty
DataDirect Networks provides a one-year limited warranty on hardware products and 90 days on software products. During the warranty period, customers receive unlimited telephone technical support, RMA cross-ships (advance replacements) during the first 30 days, and RMA repair services. Add-On Support Plans
In addition to the standard warranty, DataDirect Networks offers two add-on support plans to provide additional support services including cross-ship replacement parts and on-site service.
