Support Policies and Packages
Hardware Warranty
DataDirect Networks warrants that all hardware products (the "Products")
manufactured and sold by it will materially conform to its specifications
for twenty-four (24) months following the date of shipment to the original
purchaser, unless otherwise specifically provided for in a customer-specific
separate agreement executed by DataDirect Networks.
At DataDirect Networks' option, DataDirect will repair or replace the
non-conforming Product, or any parts thereof, provided that, (i) purchaser
promptly notifies DataDirect in writing that such Product is non-conforming
with a description of such non-conformity; (ii) obtains a return merchandise
authorization number ("RMA") from DataDirect Networks; (iii) returns the
non-conforming Product to DataDirect Networks, including the RMA; and (iv)
DataDirect Networks confirms such non-conformity is covered by the warranty
set forth above. If the Product is found to be non-conforming, DataDirect
Networks shall pay for the risk and expense of the shipping for the return
of the Product. Any Product repaired or replaced shall be warranted for the
remaining warranty period for the Product being repaired or replaced. For

please refer to "RMA Process and Policy" document available on our support
website.
DataDirect Networks may offer additional warranty coverage for certain
products. For information on additional coverage, please contact DataDirect
Networks' service department.
